Jackson Kelly is pleased to announce that the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia (DTCWV) named Member Candice Harlow to the Board of Governors. Firm Member Susan Snowden will serve as the Immediate Past President and Member Justin Harrison will serve on the board for a second a term.
Candice Harlow is a Member in the Health Care industry group, focusing primarily on medical professional liability and other health care litigation. She practices out of the Firm’s office in Charleston, West Virginia. Candice is also on the executive committee for the Thomas Health Foundation along with being a member of the 2023 Leadership West Virginia Class.
Susan Snowden spent the past year as the President of the DTCWV. She is a Member in the Insurance industry group, focusing primarily on class action and complex litigation and labor and employment. She practices out of the Firm’s office in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Susan is also a member of the Defense Research Institute, West Virginia Bar Association, and serves as a Fiduciary Commissioner of Berkley County, WV. She is also a current member of the West Virginia Board of Law Examiners.
Justin Harrison is a Labor and Employment litigator that works in the industries of Manufacturing, Banking, Health Care, and Energy. He practices out of the Firm’s office in Charleston, West Virginia. Justin is also a member of the West Virginia Bar Association and the American Employment Law Council. He has been with the Firm since 2018.
