Financial company says Bridge Road Bistro owes it $65K

CHARLESTON – Bridge Road Bistro is being sued by a financial company for failing to pay almost $65,000 on a line of credit.

TBF Financial, which is based in Illinois, filed its complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Bridge Road Bistro and Sandra R. Call. Call is the personal guarantor for the restaurant.

According to the complaint, TBF granted the defendants a line of credit. It says the defendants owe $64,266.56. It accuses the defendants of unjust enrichment.

TBF seeks that amount plus interest at a rate of 7 percent as well as post-judgment interest of 7 percent. It seeks that amount plus court costs.

TBF is being represented by Donald G. Varney of Reisenfeld & Associates in Cincinnati.
