Jackson Kelly PLLC announces that it has elected Members, Shane Harvey and Jay Ingle, to its Executive Committee for three-year terms. They replace Seth Hayes and Mark Bernlohr, whose three-year terms expired. Member Robby Aliff was elected to an additional three-year term on the committee.

The Firm also announces that Mr. Ingle will now serve as the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, and that two groups now have assistant practice group leaders -- Member Chacey Malhouitre for the Transactional team, and Member Sandy Zerrusen for the General litigation group.
Jay E. Ingle is a Member in the Firm’s Lexington, Kentucky office, focusing primarily on commercial litigation, equine law, labor & employment, and health law. Jay also regularly advises clients on various governmental, legislative, and regulatory matters. In recent years, he has expanded his practice to help lead the Firm’s efforts in Kentucky related to public-private partnerships and economic development.
M. Shane Harvey is a Member of the Firm and practices out of the Firm's office in Charleston, West Virginia. He leads the Firm’s Environmental Practice Group and Coal Industry Group. The Best Lawyers in America® named him “Lawyer of the Year” in Charleston, WV for Environmental Law in 2021 and Mining Law in 2020 and 2023.
Chacey R. Malhouitre is a Member in the Financial Services, Health Care, and Equine Law industry groups, focusing primarily on commercial litigation, bankruptcy, health care regulatory issues, and health care litigation. She serves as the Assistant Practice Group Leader for Transactional Team and practices out of the Firm’s office in Lexington, Kentucky.
Sandra K. Zerrusen is a Member in the Litigation Practice Group, focusing primarily on commercial litigation and class action and complex litigation. She serves as the Assistant Practice Group Leader for General Litigation and practices out of the Firm’s office in Akron, Ohio.
