William C. Ballard has rejoined the Bridgeport office of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC as an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Mr. Ballard focuses his practice on energy litigation and will leverage his 20-plus years of legal experience to assist his clients with breaches of lease agreements and implied covenants, right-of-way disputes, injunctions, royalty disputes, and other types of energy-related cases. In addition to his prior private practice experience, Mr. Ballard formerly served as a West Virginia Assistant Attorney General, where he represented state agencies in bankruptcy, civil, and administrative litigation.
Will earned his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University.
