Kace Legg recently joined Steptoe & Johnson PLLC’s Litigation Department as Of Counsel in the firm’s Charleston office.
Legg’s litigation practice focuses on medical professional liability defense, long-term care defense, and general litigation. He regularly manages complex written and electronic document production, handles discovery disputes, and negotiates contract-based settlements. Legg is dedicated to maintaining close working relationships with clients, and involving them in key decision-making, while respecting their need to focus on their day-to-day work.

Legg earned his law degree from West Virginia University College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University. He is licensed to practice in West Virginia.
