Attorney General Patrick Morrisey announced a representative from his office will meet with Metro Valley residents in August to discuss consumer-related issues and answer any potential questions.
“These public events are a great way for consumers to talk one-on-one with our consumer representatives,” Attorney General Morrisey said. “Residents can easily get questions answered, learn what is going on in their area and how to keep personal information safe and secure.”
Susan Azevedo, a consumer outreach and compliance specialist with the office, will host the events as scheduled below:
- Aug. 6: 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. – Elkview Senior Center, 1078 Main St., Elkview
- Aug. 7: 11 a.m. to noon – Buffalo Senior Center, 48 Wrights Lane, Buffalo
- Aug. 8: 11 a.m. to noon – South Charleston Library, 312 4th Ave., South Charleston
- Aug. 12: 10 a.m. to noon – Wayne County Commission, 700 Hendricks St., Wayne
- Aug. 12: 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. – Ceredo/Kenova Library, 1200 Oak St., Ceredo
- Aug. 13: 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. – Hometown Senior Center, 401 1st Ave., N., Hometown
- Aug. 14: 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. – West Virginia State Fair, 947 Maplewood Ave., Lewisburg
- Aug. 15: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. – West Virginia State Fair, 947 Maplewood Ave., Lewisburg
- Aug. 16: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. – West Virginia State Fair, 947 Maplewood Ave., Lewisburg
