Jackson Kelly PLLC’s Executive Committee is honored to announce that Attorneys Colby Bryson, Zachary Warder, and Benjamin Wilson have been promoted to Members, effective January 1st, 2025.

Colby Bryson is in the Litigation Practice group focusing primarily on General Litigation. He practices out of the Firm's office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Colby has represented various utility companies in multiple states in cases involving fatalities, catastrophic injuries, property disputes, stray voltage, property damage, and breaches of contract. He has over a decade of experience representing manufacturers, suppliers and premises owners in toxic tort litigation in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio. He has also assisted with the representation of multiple toxic tort clients at the national level as national coordinating counsel.
Zachary H. "Zach" Warder practices in the Energy industry group, focusing primarily on commercial litigation out of the Firm's office in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Zach received his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2018. While in law school, he served as Senior Managing Editor of Volume 120 of the West Virginia Law Review. Zach was also a proud member of the United States Supreme Court Clinic and earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Contracts.
Benjamin J. Wilson is in the Firm’s Labor and Employment and Workplace Safety and Health practice groups, focusing on labor and employment litigation and workplace safety. He practices out of the Firm’s office in Charleston, West Virginia.
Ben maintains a broad employer-oriented practice, from counseling and representing employers on labor and employment matters in state and federal court and agencies to representing employers in administrative proceedings before the Occupational Health and Safety Review Commission and the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission. As a labor and employment lawyer, Ben focuses on defending employers in state and federal court, as well as state and federal agencies, with respect to claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful and retaliatory discharge, and wage and hour violations.
