This presentation will provide insights into prosecuting one of the stars of Tiger King for wildlife trafficking in Virginia. Welch will discuss how to be successful in animal cruelty and wildlife trafficking cases and will talk about the challenges of prosecuting someone who has notoriety. There will also be discussions about how to report animal crimes.
