    CHARLESTON — West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey on Friday announced the filing of a lawsuit against the nation's largest prescription drug distributor for allegedly failing to identify, detect, report and help stop the flood of suspicious drug orders into the state. The lawsuit against McKesson Corporation was filed Jan. 8 in Boone Circuit Court after "an extensive investigation," according to Morrisey's office.

    CHARLESTON — West Virginia Attorney General Morrisey is warning consumers about a scam in which callers attempt to recover a payday loan, which they claim the consumer took out several years prior.     WASHINGTON – The U.S. House of Representatives, including West Virginia’s delegation, voted Tuesday to void Environmental Protection Agency regulations for new and existing power plants. The House voted 242-180 to repeal the EPA’s Clean Power Plan, which puts carbon emissions limits on existing plants, and 235-188 to block the federal agency’s rules governing emissions from new plants.
