HUNTINGTON – A woman is suing Varney Door Company for injuries she sustained in a car accident.

On May 24, 2013, Kassie Locke was lawfully operating a motor vehicle on U.S. 52 in Ohio when her vehicle was struck by a vehicle operated by Jason T. Black, according to a complaint filed in Cabell Circuit Court.

Locke claims the Black was operating the vehicle during the scope of his employment with Varney.

As a result of the collision, Locked received physical injuries that required her to seek medical treatment; incur medical expenses; endure pain and suffering; endure mental anguish; lost enjoyment of life; lost wages; and caused Locke to experience permanent injuries, according to the suit.

Locke is seeking compensatory damages. She is being represented by Donald R. Capper of Capper Law Office and D. Adrian Hoosier II of the Hoosier Law Firm.
