LOGAN -- A pipeline construction company is being sued after their driver allegedly caused a collision in Logan County.
Jeremy Evans filed suit June 27 in Logan Circuit Court against General Pipeline Construction Inc.
According to the complaint, on Dec. 2, Evans was driving his vehicle near Three Mile Curve when he was struck by a truck owned by the defendant. The accident was caused because the defendant's employee drove left of the center line and collided with the plaintiff's vehicle, resulting in Evans suffering severe and permanent injuries, the suit states.
Evans is seeking damages, costs and interest.
He is represented by Logan attorneys Douglas Witten and Donald C. Wandling of Avis, Witten & Wandling LC. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Eric H. O'Briant.
