Company wants paid for church construction materials

KINGWOOD – A Harrison County company is suing over claims it was not paid for construction materials provided for a project in Bruceton Mills.

Central Supply Company of West Virginia filed a lawsuit Aug. 19 in Preston Circuit Court against WV Master Builders and the trustees of the Little Sandy Church of the Nazarene.

According to the complaint, Central Supply Company sold concrete, concrete blocks, sand and other building materials totaling more than $18,200 to WV Master Builders for construction work at the Little Sandy Church of the Nazarene in Bruceton Mills. The plaintiff says it has not been paid.

The plaintiff is seeking the amount owed plus interest and enforcement of its mechanic's lien. It is represented by attorney Gregory A. Morgan of Young Morgan & Cann in Clarksburg. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Lawrance S. Miller Jr.
