PERSONNEL FILE: Longenette joins Jackson Kelly's Wheeling office

WHEELING – Jackson Kelly is pleased to welcome Trisha R. Longenette to the firm.

She is joining the firm’s Land and Natural Resource Development and the Labor and Employment Practice Groups in the Wheeling office, where she focuses in the areas of oil and gas and real estate.

Longenette handles matters involving mineral transactions and acquisitions, including the coordination and performance of due diligence and title defect curative work. She also handles litigation matters related to a variety of labor and employment issues, including employment discrimination and harassment.

Longenette graduated from Ohio Valley University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing. She received her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in 2014. While at Duquesne, Longenette was the Editor-in-Chief of the Duquesne Energy & Environmental Law Journal, President of the Energy & Mineral Law Society and Vice-President of the Christian Legal Society.

She is a member of the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation, Young Professionals in Energy, Young Professional Women in Energy and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Longenette is licensed in Pennsylvania and her West Virginia license is pending.
