CHARLESTON – A Kanawha County man is suing over claims he was injured in an apartment building.
Brent Brewer filed a lawsuit Dec. 1, 2014, in Kanawha Circuit Court against Charleston Housing - South Park Apartments, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, Brewer was visiting a resident of the defendant's apartments on South Park Road on March 8, 2013, when he fell due to the defendant's negligent maintenance of the premises and sustained injuries.
Brewer seeks compensatory damages and attorney fees. He is represented by attorney G. Patrick Jacobs of Law Office of G. Patrick Jacobs in Charleston.
