CHICAGO -- Communicating with juries, the art of client-centered communication and how personality determines success with clients are among the topics at the Focus on Critical Communications conference of the ABA Standing Committee on Lawyers' Professional Liability.
From the pre-conference how-to session on law firm blogs to sessions on the ethical and liability challenges of high-tech marketing tools and on how group dynamics influence the way lawyers communicate, the meeting will explore a range of communications-related topics in plenary meetings and break-out sessions.
The conference takes place Sept. 19-21 at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Ariz., and is co-sponsored by the Law Practice Management Section.
