* The plaintiffs charge that Maynard, a Charge Nurse at the Raleigh Center in Daniels, sexually harassed them during their employment, and that their coming forth with the information has interfered with their professional advancement. Marilyn Walker says she was fired because of it.

* Keys thought she had reached a $170,000 settlement with the defendant's over a dependant's benefits claim stemming from her husband's 1997 death from asbestos exposure. In January, they sent her a letter stating they were not willing to pay that settlement and offered $5,000.
