*Hamilton claims Gay negligently operated her vehicle by taking her eyes off the road while driving, and consequently caused a collision with his automobile. Hamilton is seeking compensation for medical bills, pain and suffering, loss of enjoyment of life, lost wages, loss of earning capacity, interest, costs and attorney's fees.

Ford Motor Credit Company v. Phillip D Cale, Dean Cale, and Judy L. McGilton

*Ford claims the defendants are indebted for the purchase of a new 2004 Ford Explorer, and that they have become delinquent in their payments. The sum of $20,538.05 at a rate of 6.7% per annum is the balance owed. Ford is seeking this sum and court costs.
