Matthew R. Hamilton v. Cynthia Gay and State Farm Insurance

*Hamilton claims Gay negligently operated her vehicle by taking her eyes off the road while driving, and consequently caused a collision with his automobile. Hamilton is seeking compensation for medical bills, pain and suffering, loss of enjoyment of life, lost wages, loss of earning capacity, interest, costs and attorney's fees.

Ford Motor Credit Company v. Phillip D Cale, Dean Cale, and Judy L. McGilton
J-Stone; PA-Kenneth G. Belt, Andrea K. Reynolds, and Ashley A. Lawson
*Ford claims the defendants are indebted for the purchase of a new 2004 Ford Explorer, and that they have become delinquent in their payments. The sum of $20,538.05 at a rate of 6.7% per annum is the balance owed. Ford is seeking this sum and court costs.

Angela Marie Rog, Individually and as Parent and Guardian of Aundrea Rog v. Jennie L. Hunt and William H. Hunt

*Angela Rog claims Jennie Hunt operated a vehicle owned by William Hunt in a negligent manner, so as to cause a collision with Rog's vehicle. As a result, Angela and Aundrea Rog sustained severe injuries to their head, neck and back. They were also forced to expend monies in medical treatment. They are seeking compensatory and punitive damages in a sum to compensate their injuries and damages, as well as interest.

*Monongolia General Hospital claims Joanne Reed owes $39,936.35 for services rendered by the plaintiff to the defendant. It is seeking this sum along with all court costs associated with this proceeding.

Nancy Friel v. KIA Motors America, Inc. and Bortz Automotive, Inc. aka Bortz KIA
J-N/A; PA- Julie Gower Romain
*Friel claims the vehicle that she purchased from Bortz has not performed properly, and does not conform to the manufacturer's express warranty. In addition, she claims the defendant has failed or refused to make adequate repairs on the vehicle within an acceptable time frame. Friel is seeking a refund of the purchase price, damages for the cost of repairs of the vehicle, damages for annoyance and inconvenience as well as all court costs and attorney's fees.
