John Kruzeski and Elizabeth Arden Stewart vs. Bernard Morrisey
J- Wilson; PA- Anthony C Sunseri
* Kruzeski and Arden agreed to perform labor on Morrisey's flood damaged home in exchange for recommendation of Kruzeski's book to a movie producer. After collectively performing 500 hours of labor on, it was discovered that Morrisey had never contacted the producer, nor did he have any type of relationship with the producer.

Joyce Tsoras, et al vs. Ron Bence and Wheeling Developmental Corporation
J- Wilson; PA- Ronald W. Zavolta
* Tsoras agreed to allow Bence to place a mobile home on her property for $130 a month. Tsoras permitted Bence to withhold rent until Tsoras's husband repaid a debt of $2,000. When only $50 remained, Bence indicated he had no intention of paying the rent. Tsoras seeks joint and several damages, interest and punitive damages.

Denise Ruza vs. Chevrolet Motor Division and HSBC Auto Finance, Inc.
J- Gaughan; PA- Robert Fitzsimmons
* After purchasing a car from Bob Robinson Chevrolet, Ruza's car incurred a multitude of mechanical problems. Bob Robinson tried unsuccessfully to fix it several times. Ruza reached a repurchase/replacement decision with General Motors, and Ruza was issued $17,500 for replacement. She was told the remaining balance on financing owed to HSBC would be paid by GM. The balance was not paid and HSBC repossessed Ruza's car and sold the loan to a credit agency. Ruza seeks punitive damages along with pre- and post-judgment interest and attorney fees.

Bonna Reed vs. Bob Robinson Chevrolet Oldsmobile Cadillac
J- Wilson; PA- Kathleen Fantazz
* Bob Robinson owns a trailer on their premises used for meetings with potential buyers. Reed had been invited into the trailer when she tripped and fell, injuring herself. Reed claims Bob Robinson should have been aware of the potential hazard the drop-off from the door to the floor posed. Reed claims to have lost wages and the capacity to earn a living. She is seeking compensatory damages and attorney fees.
