MORGANTOWN - A Maryland resident has filed a suit against two West Virginia men, claiming they attacked and seriously injured him.
Brian Kemmerer filed a suit March 28 in Monongalia Circuit Court, against Rohan Gattu Chandra and William E. Tiano III.
The suit says that on April 6, 2005, Chandra and Tiano attacked Kemmerer, breaking his jaw. The suit states the attack was not provoked.
Kemmerer seeks compensatory and punitive damages against the defendants for his injuries, medical costs, court fees and interest.
Morgantown attorney Alex Shook is representing Kemmerer.
