He seeks actual damages of $2100 for monies owed on services rendered, $62,775 for the 93 remaining weeks of the contract at the full rate of $675 and the punitive damages in the amount of $2,500 for the pain and aggravation in the attempt to enforce the terms of the contract, for a total of $67,575.
