* The Plaintiff and Defendants entered into a two-year contract for disc jockey services. Wills states that while he fulfilled his part of the contract, the Defendants did not. That includes moving, without regard to the well-being of the equipment, and replacing it while he was in the hospital. Wills then says the Defendants postponed paying him even after he had send representatives and come himself for the money. He seeks actual damages of $2100 for monies owed on services rendered, $62,775 for the 93 remaining weeks of the contract at the full rate of $675 and the punitive damages in the amount of $2,500 for the pain and aggravation in the attempt to enforce the terms of the contract, for a total of $67,575.

* On April 26, 2000, the plaintiff says the defendant backed out of a residence in Parkersburg and violently collided with Cline's vehicle, causing her serious and permanent injuries in and about her neck and back as well as other portions of her body, all of which needed medical treatment and will continue to do so in the future. The treatment of her injuries incurred expenses in excess of $11,000. Cline demands judgment against Poole in a sum that will reasonably compensate her for her past, present, and future damages and injuries together with pre-judment interests and interes on any verdict rendered by the jury, courts costs and resonable attorney fees.
