* Christian Gartland was a patron of Vixens on April 28, 2007. He claims he was assaulted by a bouncer resulting in injuries such as fractured cheek bones, chipped teeth and other cuts and abrasions. He also claims his brother was told by employees of Vixen not to call 911. Gartland is bringing up five counts against Vixens, including assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent hiring/retention, willful and wanton conduct, gross negligence and negligence. He is seeking compensatory damages for each count as well as a total of $150,000 in punitive damages.

* On Oct. 8, 2005, Bresnahan was a guest at Angler's Inn when she fell on an unmarked step in the middle of the back porch causing her serious injuries. She is seeking compensatory damages as well as pre- and post-judgment interest.
