Letter to the Editor: A word of thanks from New Hampshire

By The West Virginia Record | Oct 18, 2007

Dear Editor:

It is a breath of fresh air to see an honest newspaper that reports honestly to its citizens what goes on in their judicial system.

Your position and goal: "to cover West Virginia's legal system in a way that enables you, our readers, to make the public business, your business. ... We aim to protect the public's interest by reporting on West Virginia's civil justice system thoroughly and vigorously".

Thank you for your honest reporting.

I live in the New Hampshire Seacoast but my dad was originally from West Virginia and my middle daughter lives in West Virginia with her husband and my grandchildren. I am so glad to see a state working to promote family instead of destroying it. I wish more states did.

At any rate I wanted to take a moment out to say thank you.
