CHARLESTON -- Jackson Kelly is pleased to announce Donnie Adkins has joined the firm as an associate in its Charleston office.
Adkins' primary area of practice is Environmental Law, with emphases in Energy and Natural Resources and Environmental Litigation.
Adkins received his B.A. in History from West Virginia University. He continued at WVU to obtain a Master of Arts in Political Science as well as his Juris Doctorate in 2004.
Adkins then pursued an L.L.M. in Law & Government at American University where he graduated in 2006.
