CHARLESTON -– Rachel Fender has joined the Litigation Department of Steptoe & Johnson and will focus her practice in the area of general litigation in the firm's Charleston office.
Fender received her legal education from the West Virginia University College of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board and the M. E. Lugar Trial Association.
Fender received her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, in English and Spanish from West Virginia University. She also received her Associate of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in Liberal Studies from Ohio Valley University.
