* Cliff purchased a 2005 Land Rover Freelander from Enterprise Car Sales. After the purchase of the car, she claims that she had "serious problems" with the transmission making it unsafe to drive. She is claiming, among other things, damages under Magnuson-Moss and State Lemon Law Claims. Cliff is asking for refund of the purchase price, damages for th ecosts of repairs to the vehicle, damages for the loss of use, punitive damages, attorney fees, expert fees and any relief the court deems appropriate.
