CHARLESTON –- Max L. Corley III has joined Dinsmore & Shohl LLP as a Partner in the Natural Resources and Litigation Practice Groups.
Corley will be moving from Jenkins Fenstermaker in Huntington to Dinsmore & Shohl's Charleston office.
Corley's practices include mine accident investigations, the defense of clients in federal and state mine safety regulatory matters and civil litigation. He also has extensive experience and practice in the areas of commercial litigation, mass torts, insurance defense, deliberate intent, medical and professional liability, product liability and warranty litigation, wrongful death defense and premises liability.
He received his J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law (1997) and his B.B.A. from Marshall University (1994).
