MARTINSBURG - A Virginia woman filed a suit against a used auto dealer after an employee on the lot injured her when he struck her with a car.
Milad N. Karim filed the suit Nov. 16 in Berkeley Circuit Court against Winchester Auto Dealers Exchange, Inc.
According to the suit, Karim was shopping at the dealership in Bunker Hill on Dec. 3, 2005.
While on the lot, an employee of the Auto Dealers Exchange struck Karim with a car, fracturing her foot.
Karim seeks compensatory and punitive damages.
Attorney Andrew C. Skinner is representing Karim. The case has been assigned to Judge David Sanders.
