HUNTINGTON -– Jenkins Fenstermaker PLLC has announced the addition of a new attorney to its growing team of lawyers.
Nicholas Mayo, born in Fort Payne, Ala., is the most recent attorney to join the Jenkins Fenstermaker Business Services Group. Although Mayo is new to this area, his wife Lauren is a Huntington native.
Mayo is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and he earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University. He was admitted to the West Virginia Bar, the United States Tax Court and the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia in 2007. Mayo's practice areas include business law, estate planning, trust law, and federal and state taxation.
