CHARLESTON -- Balgo & Kaminski is pleased to announce the formation of a new law firm with offices in Charleston, Wheeling and St. Clairsville, Ohio.
Daniel M. Balgo is a 1993 graduate of the West Virginina University College of Law. He returns to the Northern Panhandle after having practiced in Florida. His practice areas will be criminal defense and personal injury.
Scott H. Kaminski is also a 1993 graduate of the West Virginina University College of Law. Kaminski will practice in Charleston in the areas of trucking and hospitality industry litigation as well as real estate litigation.
