Cincinnati Insurance Company v. Kimberly Combs

* Cincinnati Insurance is suing on behalf of its insured driver, Mary Ginn. According to the suit, Combs failed to yield to a right of way and struck Ginn's vehicle on the passenger side. Cincinnati Insurance claims the property damage resulting from the crash amounts to $62,847.99. The company is seeking compensatory damages in that amount.

General Electric Capital Corporation v. Robinson & Rice, L.C.

* Robinson & Rice agreed to lease a property to Canon Financial Services and then assigned to GE Capital all of the original lessor's rights. GE Capital claims Canon Financial is in default under the terms of the lease and now owes GE Capital $68,433.41. GE is seeking to be compensated for that amount.

Tonya Dodd and David Dodd v. Michael R. Spindel, M.D.

* Dodd underwent a breast augmentation by Dr. Spindel in October 2000. Over the next five years, she claims to have experienced pain, tingling, itching and hardness in her right breast. Dr. Spindel assured her nothing was wrong with her right breast but that her left breast was leaking. In June 2006, her right breast ruptured and drained a large amount of puss and fluid. She is suing under the West Virginia Medical Professional Liability Act and is seeking punitive and compensatory damages.

Barbara Ann Wing and Ronald A. Wing v. The Cafaro Company Inc. d/b/a The Huntington Mall Company

* Barbara Wing was visiting the Huntington Mall in February 2006 when she allegedly slipped and fell on a slippery liquid substance on the floor. She claims the lights in the mall were dimmed, creating a dangerous and hazardous environment. As a result of the fall, she claims she severely injured her head, neck, back, body and limbs. She is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
