CHARLESTON -- Patrick E. Clark has joined the law firm of Bowles Rice McDavid Graff & Love as Special Counsel, and will be based in the firm's Charleston office.

Clark will focus on the representation and counseling of businesses in a range of industries, including finance and health care, as a member of the firm's Commercial and Financial Services practice group. His practice will embrace transactional, regulatory and litigation matters.
Prior to joining Bowles Rice, Clark was a Senior Attorney in Enforcement at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), formerly known as NASD, in Washington, D.C., and before that practiced with Saul Ewing LLP in Baltimore, Md.
Clark earned his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law and received a B.S. from Wake Forest University.
