CLARKESBURG -- Michael B. Pallay, an associate in the Clarksburg office of Steptoe & Johnson, has been chosen to serve as Chairman of the Intellectual Property Committee of the West Virginia State Bar.
Pallay focuses his practice on a wide range of intellectual property matters involving patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and unfair competition law. He is registered by the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a patent attorney.
Pallay received his legal education from the West Virginia University College of Law, where he served as Research Editor for the West Virginia Law Review. He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Harrison County Bar Association and the Morgantown Area Chamber of Commerce.
