On March 23, 2007, Andreas Rickert filed paperwork with family court stating this his monthly income was $3,000 a month. Nancy Rickert is entitled to half. The Rickerts have been separated since May 2006. She claims he owes her $1,500 a month for 25 months, a total of $37,500. And as co-owner of business, she is to have equal decision making capabilities in financial and business matters.
