* On March 10, Judge Sally Jackson determined business they owned was considered joint martial property. On March 23, 2007, Andreas Rickert filed paperwork with family court stating this his monthly income was $3,000 a month. Nancy Rickert is entitled to half. The Rickerts have been separated since May 2006. She claims he owes her $1,500 a month for 25 months, a total of $37,500. And as co-owner of business, she is to have equal decision making capabilities in financial and business matters.
