CHARLESTON -- Peggy L. Schultz of Charleston has been named as the Executive Director of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys.
ADTA is an organization comprised of some of the finest trial attorneys in the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the provinces of Canada.
Peggy is also the Executive Director of the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia (DTCWV) and Tri State Defense Lawyers Association (TDLA) which includes the states of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
Each of these associations is comprised of attorneys who defend individuals and corporations in civil litigation.
