HUNTINGTON -– Huntington native Rachel Perdue Turner is the most recent attorney to join Jenkins Fenstermaker.
Turner graduated summa cum laude from Washington & Lee University in 2001, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. As an undergraduate, Turner was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Eta Sigma and Beta Gamma Sigma national honoraries.
In 2004, she obtained her law degree from Washington & Lee University School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. While there, Turner won such honors as the Roy L. Steinheimer Jr. Commercial Law Award.
Turner is admitted to the West Virginia and New York State Bars. She also is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern Districts of West Virginia and New York. She is a member of the American Bar Association, West Virginia State Bar Association and New York State Bar Association.
Turner's practice will focus primarily on general litigation. She has been practicing securities litigation in the New York City metropolitan area and recently returned to West Virginia with her husband to join the team of Jenkins Fenstermaker.
