CHARLESTON -– The law firm of Spilman Thomas & Battle is pleased to announce that Alyesha P. Asghar, M. Katherine Crockett, Timothy D. Houston and Tamara B. Williamson have joined the firm.
Asghar, an associate, has joined the firm's Charleston office. She primarily practices in the area of general litigation. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, in 2004 from Concord University and her J.D. in 2008 from West Virginia University.
Crockett, an associate, has joined the firm's Charleston office. She primarily practices in the area of environmental litigation. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in 2005 from The College of William and Mary and her J.D. in 2008 from University of Virginia School of Law.
Houston, an associate, has joined the firm's Charleston office. He primarily practices in the areas of MSHA and general litigation. He received his B.A. in 2004 from College of the Holy Cross and his J.D., summa cum laude, in 2008 from Duquesne University School of Law.
Williamson, an associate, has joined the firm's Morgantown office. She primarily practices in the area of general litigation. She is a former judicial law clerk for The Honorable Robert B. Stone, Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, Division No. 1. She received her B.A., cum laude, from Gustavus Adolphus College in 1989, her M.F.A. in 1995 from University of Wisconsin and her J.D. in 2005 from West Virginia University.
