PERSONNEL FILE: 20/10 Consulting names members of board of directors

CHARLESTON -- 20/10 Consulting LLC, a professional service firm specializing in organization development and management, have announced that Patrick D. Kelly, C. David Morrison, and Dean Turner have been appointed to the company's Board of Directors.

Patrick D. Kelly currently serves as the Managing Member of Steptoe & Johnson's Charleston office, where his practice includes health care law, business organizations and transactions and government relations. Kelly first joined the firm in 1988 and left for a brief period of time to serve as General Counsel for Governor Cecil H. Underwood. He served as co-chair of Governor Cecil Underwood's Health Care Transition Team and is a trustee for the West Virginia Investment Management Board. Kelly is a Board Member for Leadership West Virginia, the Center for Rural Health Development and Appalachian Health Solutions Inc. Kelly received his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University (B.S. Finance), and went on to receive his legal education at West Virginia University College of Law.

C. David Morrison serves as the Chairman of Steptoe & Johnson's labor department, and has significant experience in employment counseling, including supervisory training. Morrison is or has been a member of the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee of Alderson-Broaddus College, President of the Alderson-Broaddus Endowment Corporation, and Director of the Harrison County Catholic Schools' Committee on Academic Progress. Morrison is also a permanent member of the Fourth Circuit Judicial Conference, a member of the section on Employment Law of the American Bar Association, a member of the Continuing Legal Education and the Employment Law Committees of the West Virginia State Bar. Morrison received his legal degree from the University of Kentucky and his undergraduate degree from Transylvania University.

Dean Turner is the Executive Director of Steptoe & Johnson, applying more than 25 years of experience in top-level management decision making, involving strategic planning, finance, personnel, office procedures, automated systems and support services. Turner is a Fellow of the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He holds a M.A. in Management & Human Relations from St. Louis University, as well as a M.S. in Aeronautical Systems from the University of West Florida. He holds a B.S. in Marine Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy. Turner formerly held the position of Executive Assistant in the Office of the Secretary of Defense.

Previously known as Bragg and Associates and Pertee Performance Group, the two companies merged in 2008 to become 20/10 Consulting. The new entity is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Steptoe & Johnson.
