LEWISBURG -- Brett Hersh, President of Hersh Business Services (HBS), was a presenter at the West Virginia Employment Lawyers Association's annual conference, held Oct. 24-25 in Lewisburg.
The presentation centered on the challanges involved in administrating the 11,500-member $14.7-million, Shingleton vs. ICT Settlement but quickly grew into a lively discussion regarding the complexities, stages, and reporting requirements required to effectively administrate any class action.
Hersh was joined by David Hammer of Hammer, Ferretti, and Schiavoni, who shared specific experiences and elaborated on effective administration as an essential element of any successful class action.
