CHARLESTON –- Flaherty, Sensabaugh & Bonasso has announced that Kate McCoy has joined the firm as its Director of Marketing and Client Relations and will work from the firm's Charleston office.
In this newly created position, McCoy will work closely with the firm's Business Development and Management Team in developing the firm's marketing, advertising and business development efforts. She will assist lawyers in the firm in the formulation and implementation of business development plans, and in reaching out to the businesses they serve.

Originally from Charleston, McCoy graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the College of Business and Economics, in 2000.
Prior to joining Flaherty, Sensabaugh & Bonasso, McCoy served as a Client Services Specialist at Steptoe & Johnson for more than five years.
McCoy resides in Charleston and is active in the community. She serves as the 2009 Co-Chair for Generation Charleston; is an active member of the CAMC Foundation's Community Movers Group and most recently joined the Program Subcommittee at the Clay Center for the Arts & Sciences.
