PERSONNEL FILE: Three partners join Dinsmore & Shohl's Wheeling office

WHEELING –- Dinsmore & Shohl is pleased to announce that David K. Liberati, Ronald M. Musser, and Lisa M. Hawrot have joined the firm as partners.

The three attorneys will be moving from Sommer Liberati Musser & Hawrot Co. to Dinsmore & Shohl's Wheeling office.

"We're thrilled to have three attorneys who bring more than 60 years of combined experience join the firm," said Denise Klug, managing partner of Dinsmore & Shohl's Wheeling office. "Their knowledge, experience and perspective will enhance the personal service we provide to our clients."

Liberati focuses his practice on commercial litigation, real estate transactions, title insurance issues, mortgage foreclosure actions and bank collections. In addition to his legal practice, Liberati serves as the Assistant Prosecutor in the civil division for Belmont County and is the former Law Director for the City of Bellaire.

Musser brings extensive experience in a wide array of practice areas including business formation and commercial transactions, real estate and land use, municipal law, estate planning and probate, and civil litigation. Musser is the former City Solicitor for Wheeling.

Hawrot's practice is concentrated on family law, abuse and neglect law, real estate, federal criminal defense, general estate planning, and civil litigation. Hawrot currently serves as Advisory Counsel for the West Virginia Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for children and is an active member for the YWCA Domestic Violence Prevention Program.

Dinsmore & Shohl expanded its practice into Wheeling in early 2007 with the addition of attorneys Denise Klug and Aimee Stern, who were later joined by Joe Buch, Jacob Manning and Randy Whitlatch. The firm recently moved its Wheeling office to Bennett Square, located at 2100 Market Street.
