WHEELING -- Robert J. Gaudio has joined the law firm of Flaherty, Sensabaugh & Bonasso as Of Counsel in the firm's Wheeling office.
He has extensive litigation experience in both civil and criminal matters. His practice emphasizes civil litigation in the areas of medical professional liability, toxic torts, asbestos liability, personal-injury liability, products liability, and general litigation.
Prior to joining Flaherty, Sensabaugh & Bonasso, Gaudio was a solo practitioner and is licensed to practice in West Virginia and Ohio.
Gaudio received his legal education from Duquesne University School of Law and his undergraduate degree in Political Science and English from West Liberty State College.
Gaudio is very involved in the community. He serves on the Board of Directors for several organizations such as Legal Aid of West Virginia, The Upper Ohio Valley Italian Heritage Festival and the West Liberty State College Alumni.
