CHARLESTON -- Kurt E. Entsminger has joined the law firm of Flaherty, Sensabaugh & Bonasso as Of Counsel in the firm's Charleston office.
Entsminger focuses his practice on the defense of deliberate intent cases representing corporate employers. He is a seasoned trial lawyer with over 18 years of experience representing clients in a wide variety of personal injury, commercial, and other lawsuits.
Prior to joining Flaherty, Sensabaugh & Bonasso, Entsminger devoted 10 years to serving as in-house counsel and as chief executive for two national non-profit organizations located outside of Washington D.C.
Entsminger also served for three years as Chief of the Civil Division for the United States Attorney's Office in Charleston.
Entsminger received his legal education from West Virginia University School of Law where he graduated first in his law class in 1980.
