CHARLESTON -– Spilman Thomas & Battle is pleased to announce that Kimberly K. Parmer has joined the firm as an Associate.
Parmer's primary areas of practice are bankruptcy, consumer finance and commercial litigation. She was formerly a partner with a law firm in Hinton, West Virginia.
She received her B.A. in Mathematics and English, cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 1994 from Hollins College and her J.D. in 2002 from West Virginia University.
