Huddleston Bolen to offer business seminars

HUNTINGTON -- Beginning April 30, Huddleston Bolen will offer a series of presentations to discuss recent and potential changes in state and federal employment law.

Huddleston Bolen's Labor and Employment lawyers will present a no-nonsense seminar covering changes to the Americans with Disabilities Act, Family Medical Leave Act, COBRA, Employee Free Choice Act, Fair Pay Act, and updates to West Virginia law.

The sessions, to be held in Huntington, Charleston, and Beckley, West Virginia, are targeted towards human resource professionals, managers with human resource responsibilities, and business owners.

Presented by experienced attorneys in Huddleston Bolen's Employment Law Practice Group, each 90 minute session is geared to help business managers and owners understand new and changing human resource issues, and incorporate these rules and policies into their human resources programs.
