FRANKFORT, Ky. -- Dinsmore & Shohl has expanded its presence in Kentucky.
"It is my pleasure to announce that we have welcomed three exceptional individuals -- Carl Breeding, Rusty Cress and Bert May -- to the firm and in doing so, have opened a new office in Frankfort," said George Vincent, Managing Partner of Dinsmore and Shohl.
Breeding and Cress, partners, and May, a lobbyist, all formerly with Greenebaum Doll & McDonald, joined Dinsmore & Shohl effective May 1.
"Their arrival significantly expands our capabilities in the governmental affairs, regulatory and administrative areas, as well as our environmental law practice," Vincent said. "Establishing a presence in Kentucky's capital will enable us to more effectively assist clients in their dealings with law makers and regulatory officials."
Dinsmore & Shohl expanded its practice into Kentucky in 1997 with the opening of offices in Lexington and Louisville. Presently, the two offices have grown to include more than 50 attorneys.
