Weber's primary practice area is Employment and Labor Law, where she has had a positive impact on West Virginia businesses by being an advocate for her clients and helping them navigate legal issues.
Weber has served in a variety of leadership/administrative roles with the firm including, recruitment, compensation, associates, and currently heads the firms marketing committee.
