Baker focuses his practice in business and transactional law, including banking and finance, real estate, and estate planning. He has been an associate at Huddleston Bolen since 2008.

Rich concentrates her practice primarily on personal injury litigation, medical malpractice defense, commercial litigation, natural resource litigation, and insurance bad faith defense. She has been with the firm since 2002 and spent a summer in the firm's clerk program prior to becoming an associate.

"We congratulate Casey and Erin on their achievements, and look forward to their efforts to further expand the firm's presence in the important geographic footprint of southeast Ohio," said Tom Gilpin, chairman of the firm's management committee. "Both attorneys have demonstrated their strengths, and we welcome the opportunity for them to make significant contributions to the firm and our clients on a broader scale," he added.

Other Huddleston Bolen attorneys admitted to the Ohio Bar include Craig Banford, Melissa Foster Bird, Richard Bolen, Chris Plybon, Bruce Stout and Melissa Dodd Veltri.

Baker received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 2005, graduating summa cum laude from Ohio University in Athens. His studies focused on finance and business development. His undergraduate thesis, "Cluster Theory and Business Development in Southeast Ohio", examined the characteristics of Appalachian Ohio that could be used to stimulate economic growth. Following his undergraduate education, Baker attended Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University, where he served on the Entrepreneurial Business Law Journal (2006-2008).

The EBLJ honored Baker by selecting his note, "Incubating Golden Eggs: Why Attorney Ethics Rules May Stifle Small Business Development," for publication, and by selecting the note as the EBLJ's Outstanding Student Note for 2007. He also served as the EBLJ's Chief Notes Editor. In 2008, he received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence, graduating cum laude.

A native of Huntington, Rich graduated summa cum laude from Marshall University with a bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism in May of 1999. Rich then attended the University of Toledo College of Law on a full academic scholarship where she graduated cum laude in May of 2002. While in law school, Rich served as the Note & Comment Editor for the University of Toledo Law Review, and served as a teaching assistant for Property courses.
