CHARLESTON -- The law office of Shuman, McCuskey & Slicer is pleased to announce that Brian J. Warner has joined the firm as a member.
Warner obtained his law degree in 2003 from the West Virginia University College of Law, where he was associate editor of the West Virginia Law Review. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration in 2003 from WVU.
He co-authored "Today and Tomorrow: The Miner Act of 2006" in the fall of 2007 edition of West Virginia Executive.
He is a member of the West Virginia Coal Association and the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation.
Warner represents companies in matters involving MSHA, the West Virginia Office of Miners' Health, Safety & Training and OSHA. He also frequently represents employers in deliberate intent matters in courts across the state.
