CHARLESTON -– Jackson Kelly attorney Steve Crislip recently was elected president of the West Virginia Bar Association at its 123rd Annual Meeting.
Crislip practices in Jackson Kelly's Charleston office and serves as Jackson Kelly's General Counsel.
Formed in 1886, The West Virginia Bar Association is one of the oldest voluntary bar associations in the country, and Crislip is the ninth member of Jackson Kelly to serve as its president. Other Jackson Kelly lawyers who have served as President were Ed Knight (1889), Harold Ritz (1929), Lon Kelly (1933), Thomas B. Jackson (1937), Homer A. Holt (1943), W. T. O'Farrell (1971), Thomas E. Potter (1988) and John L. McClaugherty (1995).
