* Mylan alleges the Pittsburgh Post Gazette has written defamatory articles that created a false impression that Mylan deliberately glossed over serious and dangerous production problems within their facility and conveyed a false message that Mylan's management and employees sacrifice drug quality, safety and effectiveness for profit. Mylan believes that by its reporting, the Post Gazette acted maliciously and knew the information they printed was false. Mylan seeks general and special damages; punitive and exemplary damages and costs.
